Provides a network of services for children who are developmentally delayed, or at risk of developmental delays because of an established condition.

Serves children from birth to 36 months of age.
No income restrictions for eligiblity.

Early On assists families with infants and toddlers, from birth until they turn 36 months or 3 years of age, who may be experiencing delays in their development or if they have a diagnosed disability.

 
 

Information regarding available special-education programs and services is provided by Bay-Arenac Project Find.  This service is offered to all residents of Bay or Arenac County for newborns and children up to 25-years of age, who are suspected of having developmental delays that will affect their educational performance.  Project Find staff screen children suspected of needing special education services and arrange evaluations to determine eligibility.
